Mmmmyummy! Although my crumb was a little tighter than intended.

I guess so? I actually don't know a thing about using a bread maker. It makes a very sticky dough with these proportions. The easy part of this is that most of the flavorizing happens in the fridge over the days you get to completely forget about it.
