Okay, first with the Supernatural references (at least they were from some of the classic parts of that show) and then with the UK references, the comparisons were inevitable.

So overall, I think they tried to fit a little *too much* plot into forty minutes, but that's better than the other way around. The writers and actors are still trying to find their pace in the series, and I hope that condensing the storyline now means they've got more excitement planned for later in the season!

A toy puppy called "Puffy Moondancer" (not to be abbreviated) and her doggy friend called "Freckles" (it was the name that came on his collar). My parents tossed them during a spring cleaning while I was in college. I forgave them. Eventually. (I still have "Beary Bear".)
