PSA - Contaminated dog treats from China
Jun. 17th, 2011 08:11 amYup, once again the Chinese have sent product to hurt American dogs.
The treats have only been linked to a renal (kidney) disease in western Canada so far. They are Chicken Jerky, made in China (and, yes, I had a bag in my dog treat bin). Out of caution, I wouldn't feed any chicken jerky to my pets until the source is identified and eliminated.
