An etiquette question

When you have to travel but are coughing up wads of phlegm with no sleep and eyes swollen to here. Do you get on the plane? Postpone (which, for a weekend conference, basically means sucking up about 1000$ to cancel)? Wear a surgical mask and fly? Drown yourself in cold meds and hope no one notices as you yarf up a lung?

God, this week just keeps getting better.

DRUGS. Piles and piles of drugs. People will notice anyway, and glare at you a lot, but if you've gotta travel, you've gotta travel.
