1. The Fandom Relationship meme, gakked from![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

The one who seduced you, screwed you over, broke your heart in a million pieces, and laughed about it.
Supernatural. You had me at hello. Then, sometime during S4-6, you broke down the fourth wall, and it was time to let go. I don’t think you even noticed. But I still love going back to the early—and even some of the middle—days.
The old flame you don't see very often any more but whom you still really enjoy getting together with for a few drinks and maybe a pleasant nostalgic romp.
Stargate: Atlantis I wasn’t super-involved with the fandom, but I’m always happy to play around with it for a little.
The mysterious dark one whom you used to sit up with talking until 3 AM at weird coffee houses and with whom you were quite smitten until you realized s/he really was fucking crazy:
Merlin who isn’t so much crazy as in total denial. I want to shake you and show you the pretty and large-eared gay wizards.
The one you spent a whole weekend in bed with and who drank up all your liquor and whom you'd still really like to get with again, although you're relieved s/he doesn't actually live in town:
Entourage, drank the liquor then disappeared when out looking for weed. Star Trek: Reboot also falls into this category. Gosh, now I feel a little like a fandom slut.
The steady:
Harry Potter 4EVA, yo.
The alluring stranger whom you've flirted with at parties but have never gotten really serious with:
White Collar. I’m just not quite witty enough. But I do love the hats. Same goes for Leverage and House, although less with the hats.
The one you hang out with and have vague fantasies about maybe having a thing with, but ultimately you're just good buddies:
True Blood. Then I remember that the single most alluring thing about it is Alcide’s chest.
The one your friends keep introducing you to and who seems like a hell of a cool person except it's never really gone anywhere:
Inception I love the movie and really was interested in the fandom, except then nothing happened.
The one who's slept with all your friends, and you keep looking at them and thinking, "How the hell did they land all these cool people?"
Hawaii 5-0. Seriously, I’ve seen a couple eps and just. Don’t. get it?
The one who gave you the best damned summer of your life and against whom you measure all other potential partners:
This one is probably Supernatural, too. Though it was a little more than just a summer fling.
The one you recently met at a party and would like to get to know better:
Being Human: US I LOVED the first season, and it could totally pwn me if it just gets better from here.
The old flame that you wouldn't totally object to hooking up with again for a one night romp if only they'd clean up a bit:

2. I'd really like to write some short XMFC fic. Everything I've started lately turns long and plotty. Sugest something short and sweet? Charles/Erik, Alex/Hank, Alex/Darwin, Raven or Emma. Or else I'll just go cruise the kinkmeme for a bit (Umm. That sounds dirtier than it was supposed to be).
3. And fromthistlerose: Give me a character that I've written about from any of my fandoms, and I’ll give you one reason for liking (or disliking!) the character, two favorite ships, three favorite friendships, and four pieces of headcanon.

Like who gets to sit shotgun in the car or who can hold their liquor best or who stole whose chair at the dinner table, basically the meaningless sibling arguments that make them revert to being twelve years old every. single. time. And after a few weeks of witnessing this, all the other mutants, especially the teenage boys, are like, "We have no idea why we thought Raven was glamorous and Charles was mature. YOU TWO ARE RIDICULOUS."

-The best thing about Sam is that he really tries to do the right thing
-Sam/Dean or Sam/Jess is my goto, but I also enjoyed Sam/Maddie-the-werewolf
-Sam and Dean is also the best friendship, followed by Bobby, reluctant Castiel, and Ruby
-Sam clears his head by running alone on empty roads
-He remembers dying (the first time)
-He secretly loves Dean's music
-If he could do it all over again, he would.

-Alex/Hank is rough and playful and totally sexy. But Angel totally seduced him at least once.
-Hank and Charles have a friendship of equals they both really need. Hank and Raven have a perpetual and mutual respect for each other. Hank and Moira could have been exceptional partners at the CIA. Hank and Alex are friends who also like to sleep together.
-Hank has to completely re-learn how to use his body after he transforms
-He still writes to his parents who think he's working abroad, but he's afraid to let them see him now.
-He has a really high tolerance, so that night with the rest of the team was the first time he'd ever been drunk
-He loves fast cars, but he loves fast planes even more

-He has so many reasons to be overlooked and marginalized, but he just rolls with it and adapts
-Alex/Darwin, a bellytouch says so much. I don't really ship him with anyone else
-I'd love to see a Darwin/Erik friendship, if only they'd had more time to hang out
-I imagine him somewhat between the younger and older groups of mutants, in both age and maturity
-He drove a taxi not because he needed to (other job opportunities had presented) but because he enjoyed it. Most of the time.
